Terms of Use

These are the terms and conditions that will apply to your purchase from Zomii.com. These terms and conditions form a legally binding contract between Zomii.com and you, our valued customer.

All design Logos appearing on this site (site materials) are the exclusive property of Profit Step Enterprises Limited. Profit Step Enterprises Limited owns all internet right and title in the Logos, including but not limited to, trademark copyright, trade dress, service mark, moral rights, rights under any statutory protection of fine arts, and otherwise, as applicable.

All information posted on Zomii.com such as statements, diagrams, signs, button icons, images, audio document segments, digital downloads, data edits and software are the sole property of our Company.

All Zomii.com members have the right to upload photos and videos while placing a review. You are solely responsible for each individual item (“Item”) of Content that you post, email or make available via the Service.

The site and Content available through the Service may contain links to other websites, which are completely independent of Zomii.com, and Zomii.com makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of the information contained in any such site. Your linking to any other websites is at your own risk. You agree that you must evaluate and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, that you may not rely on said Content, and that under no circumstances will Zomii.com be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed or otherwise made available via the Service. You acknowledge that Zomii.com does not pre-screen or approve Content, but that Zomii.com shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse, delete or move any Content that is available via the Service, for violating the letter or spirit of the Terms of Use (TOU) or for any other reason.

Refrain from seeking any form of registration in any state, federal or foreign jurisdiction, of any trademark, service mark, trade dress, Logo or other commercial designation that includes any Logo or any colorable imitation or derivative thereof.

Refrain from pursuing any claim, action or proceeding against vendors or customers based upon any Logo used by you.

Refrain from asserting any ownership, proprietary or other rights in any Logo or to challenge, contest, or take any other action inconsistent with our exclusive ownership rights in the Logos, irrespective of any use you may make of any Logo.

Indemnify and hold harmless against any claim, cost or liability of any kind, including for copyright and trademark infringement, arising out of your use of any Logo; Waive, release and hold harmless Zomii.com, vendors or customers from any claim or liability based upon our printing or provision of any materials to any other customer of Zomii.com containing a Logo similar or identical to a Logo selected by you.

Zomii.com is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, text or photography. We cannot and do not represent or warrant that the site or its server(s) is (are) free of viruses or other harmful components, including content that is posted by third parties. You should use industry-recognized software to detect and disinfect viruses from any download.

Zomii.com and the materials contained therein are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You expressly agree that use of the site, including all content or distribution date or, downloaded or accessed from or through the site, is at your sole risk. Zomii.com does not represent or warrant that materials in the site are accurate, complete, current, reliable or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties or conditions, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages whether in an action in contract, tort, equity or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use this site or the materials therein or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of Date. The parties acknowledge that this is a reasonable allocation of risk.
If you decide to use our website, you are responsible for safekeeping of your account information and password and restricting the entry to your computer and you also approve to respond all the activities with your account and password. We do not sell products to children. If you have not reached the age of 18, you are not allowed to perform any transactions on our website unless under the supervision of your parents or guardians and within the scope of relevant international laws.
Zomii.com reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Site Terms, or any policy of the site, from time to time at any time and in its sole discretion. If Zomii.com decides to change these Site Terms or Site policies, it will post a new version on the site and update the effective date set forth above. Any changes or modifications to these Site Terms will be effective upon posting of the revisions. Your continued use of the site following posting of any changes or modifications constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
Paying for your order payment can only be made using Visa or Mastercard or T/T or Cheuqe. All prices listed on our website are in Hong Kong Dollars. When you place an order your credit card will automatically be debited and you will receive an order confirmation which is proof of your order. Orders via T/T or Cheque will be held pending payment. Please make payment within 2-days of placing an order. If payment is not received promptly the items you have ordered may be re-sold or returned to store. In the event that an item you have requested is not available, we contact you via e-mail or phone within 2 working days to let you know. You will then have the option of a refund or choosing another style. The total cost of your order is the price of the goods at the time the order is placed plus the delivery fee if applicable. Sorry no rainchecks. If the price of an item is listed incorrectly on our website you will be notified of the correct price by e-mail and given the option of proceeding with or cancelling your order. Vouchers and gift certificates obtained in a Shoe Show store may not be used for on-line shopping and may only be redeemed in person at a store. E-store gift vouchers can be organized emailing info@zomii.com For security reasons we do not accept orders by phone. Orders will not be accepted without credit card authorization.
Zomii show values your security. We use 1024 bit RSA/56 bit DES encryption, to ensure that transaction details are protected and cannot be read over the Internet. Your full credit card details are not visible to Shoe Show staff.

Shipping
We cooperate with world-renowned express companies such as FedEx/TNT/Hong Kong Post and guarantee safe and timely delivery of your products. We are also glad to ship to international customers and to APO/FPO address.

Shipping fee is for each order, not for each pair.

For the orders that will be shipped to the Hong Kong, we can provide expedited shipping method with only 1 business days delivery time
