Product Warranty
1.1 Purchase any product from Zomii will get one year of free maintenance services. The warranty will start count from the purchase day.

1.2 Within the warranty period, customers must present the product and valid Octopus Card Number (or Order Number) in order to use the warranty service. Fail to provide those information, Zomii will not provide any maintenance services.

1.3 The customer must carry the products (by mail or courier is acceptable) and valid Octopus Card Number to our company for maintenance. We do not provide on-site maintenance services.

1.4 Warranty service is only available in Hong Kong SAR.
2.1 The warranty will not be extended after product has been repaired.

2.2 Under normal use, our company will provide free maintenance service during the warranty period.

2.3 If the product in the following situations will lost warranty or require maintenance charge for maintenance:
- Unauthorized repair, changes and overhaul.
- Misuse, abuse or negligence.

2.4 Zomii will not take any responsbility for the failure of the product which result in any loss (directly or indirectly).

2.5 Zomii will not take any responsilbity for the transit (by mail or courier to our company) in case of loss or damage.

2.6 Zomii has the rights to change or cancel of the warranty. In case of any disputes, Zomii shall reserve the rights of final decision.
